    You do not need to already be showing up consistently. That is what we build inside the process.

About me

I did not start out as a visibility coach.

In my twenties, I worked as an art photographer. Then my daughter got ill, and that changed everything. It pulled me into healing work, and I have been a practitioner for over ten years now, working with the mind and body to help people shift what thinking alone cannot reach.

Holistic work was not new to me. I grew up in a lineage of healing. My grandmother, Gerda Boyesen, was one of the earliest pioneers of somatic and body-oriented psychotherapy. My mother co-developed that work over decades. And for a long time, almost nobody online knew it existed.

I watched my mother, with more genuine experience than most people in her field, go quietly into obscurity while others with a fraction of her depth built audiences and got recognised. That did not sit right with me. So I got her online. It worked.

I also had my own version of the multi-passionate problem. Photography. Retreats. Healing work. Nervous system regulation. Subconscious reprogramming. Energy work. On paper they looked like completely different paths. For years, people told me to pick one. Then I found the thread that connected all of it. And that when I experienced a shift.

I built The Visibility Lab because I know what it feels like to have more depth than the online world seems to have space for. And I know the answer is never to make yourself smaller. It is to find what connects everything you already are.

I combine nervous system work, practical social media support, and direct coaching into a process I call RAA, Regulate, Activate, Alchemise. It works from the inside out. It removes what’s in the way before building what comes next.
